What steps can we take to align our work goals with our personal aspirations to create a fulfilling future?

3. Action Steps

  • Spend 10 minutes each morning reflecting on your personal goals and how your work tasks for the day align with them.
  • Establish clear boundaries between work and personal time. For example, commit to not checking work emails after a certain hour in the evening. Let your client know about the boundary you have set.
  • Every Friday plan the tasks for the coming week & list the priority works that need to be completed to ensure that there is no last-minute work pressure.
