  • Schedule a 10-minute Personal Check-in with each team member. Ask about their well-being and listen to their feedback on current projects.
  • Start a “Recognition of the Month” Program where team members talk about their achievements & appreciate a team member who has supported them
  • Establish a Team Lunch Tradition to create an informal environment to initiate outside work conversations and help improve camaraderie and communication within the team
