What steps can we take to ensure our clients feel valued and heard throughout their project journey?

3. Action Steps for the Week:

  • Help Your Client Visualise with an on-site lineout to show how the plan is laid out. Encourage them to use the space to get their buy-in for the layout.
  • Personally Update the client on the work progress at least once a week, highlighting how you are addressing their concerns and incorporating their feedback
  • Ask for Client Feedback on a recently completed project. Discuss what went well and what could be improved. Use this feedback to make adjustments and enhance future client experiences.
